Sound of Sedona
Sound Bath and Red Rock Land Journey
Hike the Red Rocks and Experience the Sound of Sedona with a Sound Bath
Experience Sedona from a different perspective through a guided land journey and immersive sound bath in the red rocks of the Coconino National Forest.
Sound of Sedona combines light hiking, connection with the landscape, and sound healing in one unique Sedona experience. Begin with a guided journey through the red rocks, taking time to slow down, explore, and connect with the land around you. We’ll then settle into a beautiful outdoor setting for a restorative sound bath surrounded by the landscape that makes Sedona so special.
Whether you're visiting Sedona for a retreat, vacation, celebration, or simply looking for a meaningful way to experience the area, this is an opportunity to step away from the crowds and experience sound healing in nature.
Come experience the Sound of Sedona.
Proudly partnered with Southwest Outside, operating under a U.S. Forest Service permit to offer guided experiences on the Coconino National Forest.
Ashley will meet you at the trailhead where she will distribute yoga mats and blankets. Your experience begins with a guided land journey through the red rocks. This is a light hike, with opportunities to pause, take in the landscape, and connect with the environment around you.
Once we reach our sound bath location, you'll settle onto your mat and relax as crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other instruments create an immersive sound experience.
The combination of movement, nature, and sound offers a unique way to slow down and turn your attention inward while experiencing one of Sedona's most iconic landscapes.
We will hike about 15-20 mins there and back, and enjoy a 1 hour sound bath. Plan for a two hour round trip
No previous experience with meditation, hiking, or sound healing is necessary.

Each trailhead has it’s own parking lot, be aware parking lots can be busy and may require some pivoting so please leave ample time. We recommend minimizing the number of vehicles. Certain parking lots require a Red Rocks Pass or America the Beautiful Pass. A day pass is $5 and can be purchased at the trailheads. You will receive detailed instructions for how to get to the trailhead and how to park before your experience. Parking in larger lots and shuttling is also an option and we will provide you with those instructions as well if desired.
